We utilize a variety of shipping carriers including, but not limited to, USPS, DHL, EMS, and Local Postal Services to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner.
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We process orders Monday to Friday. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Because we use different processes to print on different items, your products in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. But rest assured that regardless of the location of our factories, you will always get exactly what you order with the best quality.
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 2-5 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If your tracking number isn't getting any updates within the standard time frame above, please contact our customer support. We will help you locate your order.
We have 2 options in shipping method:
- Domestic Standard Shipping: cheaper cost but if the goods are lost when shipped, we will not refund you, if the goods you receive are defective, broken, ... but cause not by you, we will send you a replacement product or refund you ( if you want the refund, you need send the package back).
- Shipping Plus Insurance (Recommended - Guarantees that your package is insured against loss or missing contents): when your goods have any errors due to shipping, we will immediately send you another product or refund you without asking for anything
Shipping & Handling (Business Days) depends on the types of products our factory produces, sizes and materials. As follows:

- The above time frame is only applied for orders with standard shipping methods. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
- For order including Canvas: will be shipped separately each with tracking number to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
- When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
For US Non-Contiguous States (Alaska, Hawaii), US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) and US Armed Forces States (Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific), The shipping time may take longer, carrier delays incur an additional 5-10 business days to normal delivery times.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address:
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender (as all of the items would be destroyed right after they come back to the manufacturer's warehouse)
- Please be noted that replacements for these cases will not be free of charge so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.
