Please note that you have a 12-hour window from the time you place your order to make any modifications or cancellations. After this timeframe, your order will be locked for processing and no changes can be made. Personalized orders are also locked for processing immediately after the order is complete, so please double-check all details before placing your order.

Additionally, please be aware that making changes to your order may cause a delay in the delivery time, especially during the holiday season. Our team will work to ensure the change is made with the manufacturer, but this may take longer than usual.
