Every CustomizeAF product is personalized and made to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. postal holidays.

Some products are made at different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Tracking

We will email you a tracking link when your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier to scan the package and begin displaying tracking updates. Multiple packages may generate separate tracking emails.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, customs processing, and other events outside our control may cause delays. If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the options available to you, including cancellation and a refund when required by applicable law.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may require an additional 5–10 business days.

Shipping Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, email support@customizeaf.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or shipment has begun.

CustomizeAF is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address submitted at checkout or a customer-requested carrier reroute. If a package is returned as undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply.

International Orders

International delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and customs processing. International shipments may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or the package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first and then email us at support@customizeaf.com with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. Eligible damage or fulfillment claims are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
