Shipping & Delivery

Each CustomizeAF item is made to order and printed just for you. Because different products may be produced by different facilities, items in the same order may ship separately and receive separate tracking numbers.

Orders are processed after payment is accepted. We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. postal holidays.

Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.

Important Notes

Shipping times are estimates and may vary by product type, destination, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages because items are made by different production partners.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses, delivery may take an additional 5–10 business days.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
